Established in 1987 by Douglas B. Robson and David P. O’Connor, the law firm has been in business since April 1987, serving the legal needs of the Town of Ladysmith and surrounding areas.
Our firm offers a broad range of legal services from buying or selling a home, refinancing, and incorporating a company, to wills and estates, divorces, family law agreements, and many things in-between. Paul Nettleton joined in November 2009 and became a Partner at the beginning of 2010.
David and Paul have over 40 years combined legal experience to assist you with your legal needs in a professional and affordable manner. A skilled staff of three experienced legal assistants help in the delivery of our services, which we pride ourselves in carrying out in a assertive, yet compassionate, manner.
The firm opened a new office in Chemainus in 2011 in order to serve the community’s legal needs and has been enjoying the challenge. Original founder, Douglas B. Robson retired at the end of 2010.
