Holiday Christmas Hours
With many offices closed for extended periods over the holidays, it can be challenging to find timely legal assistance with time-sensitive matters like real estate purchases and sales. We are pleased to report the hours for our two downtown Ladysmith offices:
318 1st Avenue
- Closed on December 25th and 28th
- Closed on January 1st
These hours also apply to our office at 472 Trans-Canada Highway in Duncan (by appointment only).
22 High Street
- Closed on December 24th, 25th, and 28th
- Closed at noon on December 31st
- Closed on January 1st
- Open from January 4th onwards
Apart from those dates, we will remain open throughout the holiday season to assist with matters including:
- real estate transactions;
- probate and estates;
- estate and incapacity planning (e.g. wills, powers of attorney, representation agreements, living wills);
- committeeship;
- business and company needs; and
- notarization of documents (e.g. travel consents for cross-border holiday travel with children)
